Subscription Terms

1) Product
Potik apps (including "Femo" and other applications) offer ongoing access to premium workouts, plans, reminders, and features via auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple's in-app purchases.
2) Free trials & promos
If offered, trials convert to a paid plan at the displayed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. One trial per Apple ID unless stated otherwise.
3) Billing & renewal
- Billed by Apple to your Apple ID payment method.
- Auto-renews for the same term/price unless canceled.
- Manage/cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
- Cancellations take effect at period end; access continues until then.
4) Pricing & taxes
Regional pricing is set in the App Store and may change for future periods. We follow Apple's process for notifying you of price changes.
5) Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple Support.
6) Upgrades / downgrades
Changing plans takes effect per Apple's subscription rules; proration may apply.
7) Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)
You usually have 14 days to withdraw from a digital subscription, but if you choose immediate access and acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal, you may not be able to withdraw. Apple processes withdrawals/refunds under its policies. Your non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
